Vice President of Human Resources

Resort Lifestyle Communities is hiring a Vice President of Human Resources at our Corporate Office in Lincoln, Nebraska. This full-time, on-site position offers the opportunity to lead human resources strategy for a mission-driven senior living organization. Your work will support our independent senior living communities and the dedicated teams who make exceptional resident experiences possible.

About the Role

Based in Lincoln, Nebraska, the Vice President of Human Resources position puts you at the center of our people strategy. You'll oversee all HR operations and initiatives for Resort Lifestyle Communities, working closely with senior leadership and department heads across our organization. The role requires on-site presence at our corporate office; occasional work-from-home arrangements are available when needed.

What You'll Do

• Lead comprehensive human resources strategy and oversee all HR department functions
• Direct talent acquisition, recruitment, and hiring to build exceptional teams across all locations
• Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and employment practices that reflect our values
• Oversee compensation, benefits, and payroll administration to ensure competitive offerings
• Foster employee relations and engagement programs that support retention and career growth
• Ensure full compliance with federal, state, and local employment regulations and standards
• Work strategically with leadership to align HR initiatives with organizational goals

What We're Looking For

• Executive-level experience in human resources leadership or senior HR management
• Comprehensive knowledge of employment law, HR compliance, and regulatory requirements
• Proven success building, managing, and developing HR teams and functions
• Strategic mindset combined with strong operational and tactical execution skills
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities across all organizational levels
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• SHRM certification (SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP) or equivalent HR professional credential preferred
• Experience in healthcare, senior living, or hospitality industries is valued
