Vice President of Human Resources

Resort Lifestyle Communities is seeking a Vice President of Human Resources to lead HR strategy and operations at our Corporate Office in Lincoln, Nebraska. This is a full-time position where you'll drive human capital initiatives for our portfolio of independent senior living communities.

As Vice President of Human Resources, you'll shape HR strategy and execution across our organization. This role goes beyond traditional HR functions—your work directly supports the quality of life and independence our residents experience every day.

What You'll Do

• Develop and execute HR strategy aligned with company goals and senior living industry best practices
• Lead recruitment, hiring, and talent management to attract and retain top talent across our communities
• Oversee employee relations, performance management, and organizational development initiatives
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
• Manage compensation, benefits, and payroll programs that support employee engagement
• Foster a positive workplace culture that reflects our mission to support independent senior living
• Supervise and mentor HR team members and support staff
• Serve as strategic HR advisor to executive leadership and community management

What We're Looking For

• Extensive HR experience with progressive responsibility and proven leadership in human resources
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Deep knowledge of employment law, compliance, and regulatory requirements
• Demonstrated success developing and executing strategic HR initiatives
• Strong leadership and people management capabilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in senior living, healthcare, or similar service industries preferred
