What You'll Do
- Execute all phases of recruitment and selection, from job analysis through candidate placement
- Source candidates through job boards, professional networks, and employee referrals
- Screen resumes, conduct phone interviews, and prepare candidates for hiring manager meetings
- Build and maintain an active talent pipeline for current and future open positions
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and deliver responsive recruitment support
