Manager, Cyber Risk & Analysis

As Manager, Cyber Risk & Analysis, you'll combine technical expertise with risk management strategy to safeguard Capital One's technology infrastructure during a significant modernization effort. This high-visibility position puts you at the center of enterprise risk decisions, working alongside technology and product leadership to anticipate emerging threats and build resilient risk frameworks.

What You'll Do

• Develop and execute risk management strategy across the technology modernization program
• Lead cyber risk assessments and analysis to identify vulnerabilities and exposure areas
• Partner with technology executives and product teams to design risk controls and mitigation approaches
• Manage cross-functional projects to reduce risk and strengthen security posture
• Communicate risk findings and recommendations to senior leadership
• Monitor emerging cyber threats and adapt risk strategies accordingly
