About the Role

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Hilton Grand Vacations, you'll own the complete recruitment lifecycle for designated departments. You'll establish and nurture talent pipelines, source qualified candidates, conduct preliminary screenings, and coordinate interviews with hiring teams. This role combines strategic sourcing with hands-on recruitment operations, ensuring we attract and hire the best talent to support our organization's growth.

What You'll Do

• Execute all phases of recruitment and selection, from job analysis through candidate placement
• Source candidates through job boards, professional networks, and employee referrals
• Screen resumes, conduct phone interviews, and prepare candidates for hiring manager meetings
• Build and maintain an active talent pipeline for current and future open positions
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and deliver responsive recruitment support
• Track recruitment metrics and provide reporting on hiring progress and pipeline status
• Coordinate offer communications, background checks, and onboarding activities with relevant teams

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or human resources
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple roles and timelines simultaneously
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management abilities

• Preferred: Hospitality or resort industry experience
