Talent Acquisition Specialist (Hybrid) – Oahu

Hilton Grand Vacations is hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead full-time recruitment efforts for our operations in Oahu, specifically based in the Wake Island, Honolulu area. You'll own the complete recruiting lifecycle, from pipeline development through final offer, driving hiring success across multiple departments while delivering exceptional service to our hiring managers and candidates.

About the Role

As our Talent Acquisition Specialist, you'll manage end-to-end recruitment initiatives that support Hilton Grand Vacations' growth and strategic staffing goals. This role bridges talent management and operational needs, ensuring we attract and hire top-tier professionals who align with our company culture and service excellence standards.

What You'll Do

• Lead all phases of recruitment and selection, from job requisition through candidate onboarding
• Build and maintain active talent pipelines for designated departments to ensure a steady flow of qualified candidates
• Source, screen, and interview candidates, assessing fit for both technical requirements and cultural alignment
• Partner with department leaders and hiring managers to understand staffing needs and refine job specifications
• Manage candidate relationships and communication throughout the hiring process with professionalism and responsiveness
• Post job openings on relevant platforms and leverage networking to identify passive candidates in competitive markets
• Track recruitment metrics and provide reporting on hiring progress, pipeline health, and time-to-fill

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, recruiter, or comparable recruiting role
• Demonstrated success building recruitment pipelines and sourcing top-level talent
• Strong communication skills with the ability to interface effectively with hiring managers, candidates, and colleagues
• Organized, detail-oriented approach to managing multiple requisitions and deadlines simultaneously
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting databases
• Enthusiasm for hospitality or vacation ownership industries is a plus
