Position Summary

As Coordinator Inventory & Fulfillment, you will oversee critical inventory and order fulfillment functions that directly impact customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. You'll manage stock levels, process orders, and collaborate across departments to ensure seamless movement of products from warehouse to delivery. Core Duties

• Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records within company systems
• Process customer orders and coordinate fulfillment operations with precision
• Track shipments, deliveries, and logistics status
• Conduct inventory audits and cycle counts to ensure data integrity
• Communicate inventory availability and fulfillment timelines with warehouse and operations teams
• Document returns, damages, and discrepancies according to company procedures
• Identify bottlenecks and recommend process improvements to boost efficiency
• Maintain organized records and prepare reports as needed

Qualifications
