What You'll Do

• Process and organize invoices, receipts, and financial documentation with accuracy
• Manage payment collection and reconciliation tasks
• Field incoming calls, direct inquiries, and provide professional customer service
• Follow up with clients regarding service status, scheduling, and account matters
• Manage administrative databases and software systems used across our operations
• Assist management and ownership with scheduling, documentation, and day-to-day office coordination
• Support billing, record-keeping, and organizational workflows
