About the Role

As a Key Lead at A&F Stores, you serve as the go-to floor supervisor, bridging customer-facing service with operational excellence. You'll mentor Brand Representatives and Stock Associates, ensure seamless store operations, and champion an environment where every customer interaction reflects the A&F brand standard. Your leadership presence on the floor sets the tone for service quality and team performance.

What You'll Do

• Lead and coach Brand Reps and Stock Associates in delivering exceptional customer service and meeting performance targets
• Supervise daily floor operations, maintaining store standards and visual merchandising excellence
• Partner with the store leadership team in executing company initiatives and driving sales results
• Respond to customer needs, resolve issues, and model A&F's service philosophy
• Support inventory management, assist with product restocking, and maintain a well-organized selling environment
• Foster a positive, inclusive team culture that values collaboration and professional growth

• Retail or customer service experience, preferably in a supervisory or leadership capacity
