Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Design and deliver comprehensive, standards-aligned science curriculum across assigned course levels
• Facilitate laboratory investigations and hands-on experiments that deepen conceptual understanding
• Assess student learning through formative and summative evaluations, providing meaningful feedback
• Create an inclusive classroom environment that fosters scientific curiosity and critical thinking
• Collaborate with colleagues to refine instruction, share best practices, and support student success
• Maintain regular communication with families about student progress and learning goals

Skills & Qualifications

• Valid secondary science teaching certification or equivalent state credential
• Bachelor's degree in science, education, or related field
