As a licensed mental health professional, you'll help clients navigate challenges like anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship concerns while working alongside psychiatrists, primary care physicians, and care coordinators in an integrated healthcare environment.
What You'll Do
- Conduct individual therapy and counseling sessions using evidence-based approaches
- Complete comprehensive clinical assessments and develop personalized treatment plans
- Maintain thorough, timely clinical documentation and clinical notes
- Monitor client progress, adjust treatment strategies, and measure clinical outcomes
- Participate in care coordination with the broader clinical team, including psychiatrists and primary care providers
- Respond compassionately to clients in crisis and implement safety protocols as needed
- Build and maintain a consistent therapeutic caseload in the Merced area
What We're Looking For
- Active license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPCC) in California
