What You'll Do
- Transport dry van freight across interstate routes, averaging 2,000 miles per week as a solo OTR driver
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and routine maintenance
- Manage load documentation and maintain regular communication with dispatch
- Maintain DOT compliance and safety records throughout your routes
- Plan routes efficiently to meet delivery schedules and customer commitments
What We're Looking For
- Valid CDL-A license with a clean driving record
- 1–5 months of prior trucking experience
- Willingness to spend extended time away from home

Pay & Opportunities
Earn 54–60 cents per mile based on your experience level. Top-performing OTR drivers regularly reach $1,725 per week. Solo drivers receive a $2,000 sign-on bonus and benefit from a guaranteed weekly minimum of $1,200. Team drivers can earn significantly more with $5,000 sign-on bonuses and average 5,000 miles per week.
