About the Role
As a Senior Manager within our Life Sciences and Health Care division, you'll oversee critical client engagements and internal team performance. Your leadership will shape how we help life sciences organizations navigate evolving regulations, optimize operations, and achieve their most ambitious transformation goals.
What You'll Do
- Lead and mentor cross-functional teams comprising consultants, analysts, and subject matter experts across research, development, and clinical functions
- Develop and execute strategic solutions addressing regulatory compliance, operational efficiency, and market positioning for life sciences clients
- Manage end-to-end engagement delivery, from discovery and planning through implementation and impact measurement
- Navigate complex regulatory frameworks and clinical requirements while identifying practical, innovation-driven approaches
- Partner with senior leadership and clients to identify emerging priorities and shape long-term strategic initiatives
- Build and strengthen client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor on life sciences industry challenges
- Contribute to business development and practice growth within the life sciences sector
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in senior leadership roles within life sciences, healthcare, or regulated industries
- Deep understanding of clinical operations, regulatory pathways, and life sciences business models
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi-workstream client engagements and lead high-performing teams
- Strong business acumen with experience translating strategy into operational impact
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Advanced degree preferred; relevant certifications in project management or compliance a plus
