The Opportunity

Schwan's Company is hiring a WJ2 Maintainer Operator for our second shift team in Stilwell. This position offers the chance to develop production expertise while contributing to high-volume manufacturing operations. You'll earn competitive starting pay of $22.00 per hour, plus a $1.50 per hour shift differential, working a 4:15 PM to 1:45 AM schedule with immediate access to comprehensive benefits including paid time off, holiday pay, and retirement planning.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Operate WJ2 production equipment according to established procedures and safety standards
• Monitor equipment performance and track production output throughout your shift
• Perform routine maintenance including cleaning, lubrication, and minor repairs
• Identify and report equipment issues to maintenance leadership in a timely manner
• Troubleshoot operational problems and adjust operations to maximize efficiency
• Maintain accurate production records and shift documentation
• Ensure full compliance with all company safety policies and procedures
