Route Sales & Delivery Driver

Join Schwan's Company as a full-time Route Sales & Delivery Driver in Kingsport, Sullivan County. We're seeking reliable, customer-focused professionals to grow with us while delivering quality frozen food products to retail locations across our service area.

About the Role

As a Route Sales & Delivery Driver with Schwan's Company, you'll build client relationships while managing your own route in Kingsport and the surrounding Sullivan County region. This is more than delivery—you'll combine sales expertise with outstanding service to represent iconic brands that families trust.

What You'll Do

• Deliver frozen food products to assigned retail customers in a timely, professional manner
• Execute sales activities, including account management and product promotion at each stop
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, sales, and customer interactions
• Build and sustain strong relationships with store managers and decision-makers
• Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections and ensure compliance with all safety regulations
• Manage inventory, stock shelves, and ensure product quality and rotation standards
• Troubleshoot customer concerns and resolve issues promptly

What We're Looking For

• Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with a clean driving record
• At least one year of related delivery, sales, or route management experience
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule efficiently
• Physical ability to load, unload, and organize products throughout the day
• Reliable transportation and willingness to work a consistent Monday–Friday schedule
• Commitment to safety and adherence to company policies

Compensation & Schedule

We offer a competitive salary of $53,000 to $55,000 per year, with additional earnings through commission. Full-time route drivers work a consistent Monday–Friday schedule with occasional flexibility as needed.
