What We're Looking For

- 8+ years of management consulting or related advisory experience, with demonstrated success in the life sciences industry
- Strong knowledge of life sciences market dynamics, regulatory frameworks, and business operations
- Proven leadership ability with experience building and developing high-performing teams
- Excellent client relationship and communication skills
- Strategic thinking with the ability to translate complex business challenges into actionable solutions
