EY is seeking a Business Consulting - Life Sciences - Senior Manager - Consulting - Location OPEN for a full‑time role in Salem, Marion County, where you will advise life sciences organizations on strategy, operations, and regulatory challenges.

About the Role

As a Senior Manager in EY’s Life Sciences Consulting practice, you will lead multidisciplinary teams that help pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and medical device clients navigate complex market dynamics, improve commercial performance, and meet evolving regulatory expectations. You will partner with C‑suite leaders to design and implement transformation initiatives that drive sustainable growth and operational excellence.

What You'll Do

• Direct end‑to‑end consulting engagements, from scoping and proposal development through delivery and client sign‑off.
• Analyze clinical, commercial, and regulatory data to identify improvement opportunities and formulate actionable recommendations.
• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder interviews to align cross‑functional teams around strategic priorities.
• Develop detailed implementation roadmaps, including change management, process redesign, and technology enablement plans.
• Mentor junior consultants and analysts, fostering their technical and professional growth within the Life Sciences practice.
• Contribute to thought leadership by authoring point‑of‑view papers, presenting at industry forums, and supporting business development efforts.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience managing consulting projects in the life sciences sector, preferably with a focus on commercial strategy, market access, or regulatory affairs.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in quantitative methods, data visualization tools, and financial modeling.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities, capable of influencing senior executives and building consensus.
• Demonstrated leadership of teams, including coaching, performance feedback, and resource allocation.
• Bachelor’s degree in a life sciences, business, or related field; an advanced degree (MBA, PhD, or equivalent) is preferred.
• Ability to travel up to 30% as needed to client sites across the United States.
