Lockheed Martin's Sikorsky division is seeking an Aerostructures Sub-Assembly Manager in Bridgeport, Connecticut to lead manufacturing operations for critical aerospace systems. Role Overview

As Aerostructures Sub-Assembly Manager, you'll oversee the structural assembly of precision aerospace components that support global defense and commercial operations. Your Responsibilities

• Direct sub-assembly production teams and manage daily manufacturing operations

• Develop production schedules and track metrics to meet customer delivery commitments
