Highmark Health is seeking a Strategic Analytics Consultant – UM Transformation in Nashville, Davidson County to lead transformational initiatives focused on utilization management. In this full-time position, you will serve as an internal strategic advisor, managing critical projects from conception through implementation and delivering insights that shape organizational strategy.

This high-impact role focuses on leading complex strategic initiatives designed to optimize utilization management programs and enhance organizational performance. You will function as an internal consultant, owning critical projects end-to-end and ensuring that data-driven recommendations directly influence strategic direction and business outcomes.

What You'll Do

• Lead strategic analytics projects focused on utilization management transformation, from initial assessment through final recommendations and implementation
• Conduct comprehensive analysis of healthcare operations data to identify optimization and efficiency opportunities
• Develop data-driven business cases and strategic frameworks to support transformation initiatives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align analytical insights with operational execution and feasibility
• Present findings and strategic recommendations to senior leadership to inform decision-making
• Monitor outcomes and assess the impact of implemented recommendations

What We're Looking For

• Proven expertise in strategic analysis, project management, and driving measurable business outcomes
• Strong background in healthcare operations, utilization management, or business transformation
