About the Role
As a Turn Assistant, you'll play a critical role in preparing apartments for new residents. Working as part of the property management team at our San Marcos student living community, you'll ensure each unit meets our high standards before move-in and maintain the property's appearance and functionality throughout the year.
What You'll Do
- Prepare apartments for incoming residents by executing detailed turnover checklists
