As the Resource Manager, IT Recruiter - West Region, you will lead full-cycle technical recruiting efforts that connect skilled IT professionals with meaningful opportunities at World Wide Technology. Based in Alameda Pt, Alameda County and supporting teams across the Pacific Time Zone, this full-time, on-site position sits at the intersection of talent acquisition, relationship building, and workforce planning.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruiting for IT and technical roles across the West Region.
• Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand staffing needs and define candidate profiles.
• Source, screen, and engage qualified candidates through proactive outreach and pipeline development.
• Guide candidates through the interview and offer process, ensuring a positive and professional experience.
• Track recruiting activity and contribute to the continued growth of WWT's talent base.

Qualifications

• Proven experience recruiting for information technology or technical positions.
• Strong sourcing, screening, and candidate-evaluation skills.
• Ability to collaborate with stakeholders and manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills and comfort working within the Pacific Time Zone.
