Sr. Manager, Corporate Strategy (Hybrid 3x a week in Secaucus, NJ)

Quest Diagnostics is hiring a Senior Manager of Corporate Strategy to join our executive leadership team in Secaucus, New Jersey. This full-time, hybrid role (3 days per week on-site) offers a competitive salary of $150,000–$180,000 annually, with performance-based bonus eligibility, and is essential to driving our strategic direction and market competitiveness.

About the Role

As Senior Manager of Corporate Strategy at Quest Diagnostics, you will develop and execute enterprise strategy initiatives that create sustainable growth, competitive advantage, and shareholder value. Bridging finance, operations, and innovation, you'll translate complex market data into actionable strategic plans and lead cross-functional teams to execute ambitious business objectives. Reporting to senior leadership, this role demands both visionary thinking and operational excellence.

What You'll Do

• Develop corporate strategy informed by market analysis, competitive benchmarking, and financial analysis
• Identify and evaluate growth opportunities, including M&A targets, partnerships, and new service expansion
• Build and execute strategic plans with clear metrics, timelines, and accountability across the organization
• Lead cross-functional collaboration between business units, operations, and finance teams
• Analyze industry trends, customer insights, and emerging competitive threats to inform decision-making
• Monitor strategic initiative progress and recommend adjustments based on market conditions and performance data

What We're Looking For

• 8+ years of experience in corporate strategy, management consulting, investment banking, or related strategic business roles
• Proven success developing and executing business strategies that delivered measurable results
• Strong financial analysis, business modeling, and ROI assessment capabilities
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with comfort navigating ambiguity and change
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and influence stakeholders across organizational levels
• MBA or equivalent advanced business credential; bachelor's degree required
• Able to commit to hybrid work schedule with regular presence at our Secaucus, New Jersey headquarters
