Key Responsibilities

• Perform clinical laboratory tests on patient specimens using established protocols and quality standards
• Operate and maintain laboratory instrumentation, ensuring proper function and accuracy
• Prepare specimens and reagents according to laboratory procedures
• Record and document test results with attention to detail and accuracy
• Maintain a safe, clean laboratory environment and follow safety procedures consistently
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform preventive maintenance as directed
• Collaborate with laboratory team members to meet daily testing requirements

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical Laboratory Science, Clinical Laboratory Technology, or related life science field
• ASCP (American Society for Clinical Pathology) certification or eligibility for certification
• Strong ability to follow detailed protocols and maintain accuracy in a high-volume environment
• Proficiency with computer systems and laboratory information management software
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of laboratory safety standards and bloodborne pathogen protocols
