Sr. Product Enablement Specialist

Esri is hiring a Senior Product Enablement Specialist in Redlands, San Bernardino County. In this full-time position, you'll amplify customer needs throughout our organization and guide our product strategy by translating stakeholder feedback into clear, actionable priorities.

Role Overview

The Senior Product Enablement Specialist plays a pivotal role within our Business Management function, serving as an advocate for both our customers and internal stakeholders. You'll translate real-world customer challenges into actionable product priorities, orchestrate alignment between our strategic vision and delivery teams, and ensure every decision reflects what our users need most. This position demands someone who can navigate complex organizational dynamics, synthesize diverse viewpoints, and drive execution with clarity and precision.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and synthesize customer feedback, market intelligence, and stakeholder input to inform product direction and roadmap decisions
• Translate business requirements and customer needs into clear, prioritized initiatives that guide product operations and cross-team planning
• Lead and coordinate across product, engineering, sales, marketing, support, and leadership teams to achieve shared strategic objectives
• Establish clear success metrics and outcomes to measure product impact, adoption, and business value
• Develop and deliver enablement materials and training to help internal teams and customers maximize product capabilities
• Manage competing priorities and trade-offs by maintaining an unwavering customer-centric perspective
• Present findings and recommendations to leadership with compelling narrative and data-driven insights

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of product management, product strategy, business analysis, customer success, or related professional experience
• Demonstrated ability to influence without direct authority and drive alignment across diverse, matrix organizations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate qualitative feedback into quantitative insights
• Excellent written and verbal communication; skilled at presenting complex ideas clearly to varied technical and non-technical audiences
• Proficiency with product management tools, data analytics platforms, and collaborative software
• Passion for customer success and deep understanding of how products create real-world value across industries
• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, computer science, or related field, or equivalent professional experience
