What We're Looking For

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
• Genuine compassion and patience when working with diverse individuals
• Physical ability to assist individuals and perform the duties of the role
• Reliability and strong attendance for your part-time schedule
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to learn and grow through ongoing training and education
