About the Role

What You'll Do

• Develop and maintain multi‑year business plans that integrate product roadmaps, service offerings, and partnership strategies.
• Lead cross‑functional teams to assess emerging market trends and translate insights into actionable initiatives.
• Create financial models and performance dashboards to track initiative outcomes and ROI.
• Facilitate workshops and executive briefings to align stakeholders around strategic priorities.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including joint ventures, alliances, and expansion into adjacent markets.
• Mentor junior business analysts and promote best practices in strategic planning across the organization.

What We're Looking For

• 10+ years of experience in business strategy, corporate development, or management consulting, preferably within the technology or GIS industry.
• Proven track record of delivering complex, high‑impact projects that resulted in measurable revenue or efficiency gains.
• Strong analytical skills with expertise in financial modeling, data analysis, and scenario planning.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities, capable of influencing C‑level executives and diverse teams.
• Experience working with product management, sales, and services organizations to align go‑to‑market strategies.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
