Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and intermediate repairs on a variety of vehicle makes and models
- Diagnose mechanical issues accurately and recommend appropriate service solutions
- Install, balance, rotate, and repair tires to manufacturer and safety standards
- Complete brake, alignment, suspension, and related undercar services
- Document work performed and communicate clearly with service advisors and customers
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area in line with shop procedures
Qualifications
- Prior experience as an automotive technician at a mid-level skill range
- Working knowledge of vehicle systems, diagnostics, and standard repair practices
- Ability to use shop tools and diagnostic equipment safely and effectively
- A valid driver's license and dependable, customer-focused work ethic
- Willingness to work on-site in the Forestville/District Heights, MD area
