What You'll Do
- Respond to roadside tire emergency calls from commercial vehicle operators
- Diagnose tire damage and recommend repair or replacement solutions
- Perform tire repairs, replacements, and installations on commercial vehicles
- Inspect wheels, brakes, and related components for safety and compliance
- Document service work and communicate with drivers and fleet managers
- Operate and maintain roadside service equipment and tools
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures in the field
What We're Looking For
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Knowledge and experience in commercial tire repair and maintenance
- Physical ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions and lift heavy materials
- Strong customer service and communication abilities
- Reliability, punctuality, and comfort working independently in the field
- Flexibility to work extended hours, including weekends and evenings as needed
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Compensation & Benefits
We offer competitive pay from $18.00 to $20.00 per hour, based on experience. Benefits include medical, prescription, dental, and vision coverage; a 401(k) retirement plan; life insurance; and disability protection.
