What You'll Do

• Assist with daily store operations including opening, closing, shift management, and efficiency initiatives
• Support customer service across our retail, food service, and fuel divisions
• Learn and execute inventory management, ordering, receiving, and stock control processes
• Participate in team scheduling, training, and development under management mentorship
• Ensure compliance with company standards, safety regulations, and store cleanliness protocols
• Monitor performance metrics and contribute to achieving store sales and operational goals
• Support marketing campaigns and seasonal promotions that drive customer traffic and sales
