Join iBase-t as Director, Product Marketing — a market-facing strategy leader accountable for go-to-market excellence, competitive positioning, and product-led growth. This full-time leadership role is based in California and reports to the Chief Marketing Officer.

About the Role

You'll own iBase-t's positioning strategy and market narrative, translating product value into compelling customer-facing stories. This is a hands-on director role that blends strategic vision with tactical execution—shaping how the market perceives us, defining what sets us apart competitively, and accelerating adoption through product-led growth programs. You'll travel approximately 10–20% as needed.

What You'll Do

  • Architect market positioning and value propositions that connect iBase-t's solutions to customer needs and buying decisions
  • Build comprehensive competitive intelligence and develop differentiation strategies that establish market leadership
  • Design and execute go-to-market strategies for new products, features, and market expansion initiatives
  • Lead product-led growth programs that drive customer acquisition, activation, and expansion revenue
  • Create messaging frameworks, enablement materials, case studies, and thought leadership content
  • Partner across product, sales, and leadership to align strategy and accelerate market execution
  • Lead the product marketing function and contribute to team growth and cross-functional collaboration
  • Analyze market trends, competitive moves, and customer insights to inform ongoing strategy refinement

What We're Looking For

  • 7+ years of product marketing or marketing leadership experience driving go-to-market and positioning strategy
  • Demonstrated success in competitive positioning and differentiation—with measurable business impact
  • Proven expertise in product-led growth, SaaS marketing, or enterprise technology environments
  • Strong strategic and analytical capabilities; ability to synthesize market data into actionable strategy
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder influence across product, sales, and executive teams
  • Leadership track record, whether managing teams or driving major initiatives independently
  • Experience in B2B software, technology, or enterprise solutions a plus
