Position Summary

As a full-time Human Resources Representative, you'll play a central role in shaping our workplace culture and ensuring our organization attracts, develops, and retains talented professionals. You'll manage the complete employment lifecycle—from recruitment strategy through employee onboarding—while maintaining meticulous personnel records and ensuring compliance with employment regulations. This position reports to HR leadership and serves all departments and programs across our agency.

Core Duties

• Maintain and organize comprehensive personnel records, employee files, and licensing documentation according to legal standards
• Source candidates through job postings, networking, and recruiting channels; schedule and coordinate interviews
• Process background checks, verify credentials, and prepare offer letters for new hires
• Design and execute onboarding programs to help new employees integrate successfully into their roles
• Monitor new employee performance and engagement during probationary periods; track long-term success metrics
• Build and sustain positive relationships with current and former team members
• Support employee relations, policy implementation, and workplace culture initiatives
• Assist with benefits administration, payroll coordination, and compliance documentation

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree in human resources, business, or related field preferred
• Proven experience in HR functions, recruitment coordination, or personnel administration
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with ability to manage multiple priorities
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Proficiency with HR information systems, applicant tracking software, and Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of employment law, confidentiality, and ethical HR practices
• Ability to work collaboratively across departments and support a mission-driven organization
