Resort Lifestyle Communities is hiring a Vice President of Human Resources to lead talent strategy and organizational development from our corporate headquarters in Lincoln, Nebraska. About the Role
As Vice President of Human Resources, you'll oversee all aspects of talent management, recruitment, compliance, and employee development across Resort Lifestyle Communities. What You'll Do
- Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain skilled professionals across all organizational levels
- Lead human resources planning, including compensation, benefits, and performance management initiatives
- Ensure compliance with employment law and maintain effective HR policies and procedures
- Build and mentor your HR team, fostering professional development and operational excellence
- Partner with executive leadership on organizational strategy, culture initiatives, and long-term growth planning
- Oversee employee relations, engagement programs, and workplace training initiatives
- Manage HR operations and drive continuous improvement across all people-related functions
What We're Looking For
- 10+ years of progressive human resources experience, with at least 5 years in a VP-level or senior HR management role
- Proven expertise in recruitment, benefits administration, and employment law compliance
- Strong ability to lead teams, develop talent, and drive organizational change
- Strategic mindset with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in the healthcare, senior living, or hospitality sectors is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; SHRM certification preferred
