Clinical Psychologist (PsyD & PhD) – Hybrid Role – San Diego, CA

LifeStance Health is seeking a Clinical Psychologist with a PsyD or PhD to join our expanding team serving patients in San Diego County. This is a full-time, hybrid position based in Nas North Island, offering flexible scheduling, competitive compensation, and the opportunity to make a direct impact on patient mental health and wellness.

About the Role

As a Clinical Psychologist at LifeStance Health, you'll provide evidence-based psychological assessment, diagnosis, and treatment to diverse patient populations. Working in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment, you'll deliver high-quality clinical care while building meaningful therapeutic relationships. This hybrid role allows you to balance in-person and remote work, giving you flexibility to manage your schedule while maintaining strong patient engagement and clinical outcomes.

What You'll Do

• Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations and clinical assessments
• Diagnose mental health conditions using current diagnostic criteria
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients across the lifespan
• Provide evidence-based psychotherapy and behavioral interventions
• Maintain detailed clinical documentation and medical records
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, therapists, and other healthcare professionals
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment as needed
• Participate in professional development and continuing education

What We're Looking For

• PsyD or PhD in Clinical Psychology or related field
• Active California state licensure as a psychologist
• Strong clinical experience and commitment to evidence-based practice
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-based healthcare environment
