Position Summary

Zack Group is recruiting an experienced Special Procedures Technologist specializing in cardiac catheterization to work on-site in Bowling Green, Kentucky. This is a full-time, temporary travel assignment ideal for allied health professionals seeking diverse clinical experiences. Working 40 hours per week on a day shift, you'll be part of a team delivering critical diagnostic and interventional support in a state-of-the-art cath lab environment.

What You'll Do

• Assist physicians during cardiac catheterization and related special procedures, ensuring optimal procedural outcomes
• Prepare and maintain specialized catheterization equipment and supplies, adhering to strict sterile protocols
• Monitor patient vital signs and hemodynamic data throughout procedures, responding promptly to clinical changes
• Position patients appropriately and assist with imaging guidance during diagnostic and interventional cases
• Document procedural details accurately and maintain comprehensive records in accordance with facility standards
• Collaborate with cardiologists, nurses, and support staff to ensure seamless, efficient procedure execution

Skills & Qualifications

• Current certification as a Special Procedures Technologist or equivalent registered credential (RCIS, RRA, or comparable)
• Demonstrated experience in cardiac catheterization or similar interventional radiology environments
• Strong understanding of cardiovascular anatomy, physiology, and catheterization techniques
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in fast-paced, high-acuity clinical settings
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail in a patient-care context
• Valid travel documentation and willingness to relocate for 13-week assignments
