About the Role

As a Graduate Nurse in this PCU E3 position, you'll deliver direct patient care in a supportive, collaborative clinical environment. Working full-time on an every-other-weekend rotation with rotating holiday assignments, you'll gain hands-on experience managing progressive care patients, building clinical judgment, and practicing under the guidance of experienced preceptors and nursing leaders.

What You'll Do

  • Perform focused patient assessments, monitor vital signs, and communicate changes in clinical status to the care team
  • Administer medications, manage intravenous therapy, and provide wound care according to established protocols
  • Document patient care thoroughly and accurately in the electronic health record system
  • Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, physical therapists, and nursing colleagues to coordinate patient care

What We're Looking For

  • Current Connecticut Registered Nurse (RN) license or ability to obtain licensure
