Insight Global is hiring a full-time Recruiter in College Park, Fulton County to build exceptional teams across distribution centers and specialized roles throughout the United States.

About the Role

This Recruiter position is central to our talent acquisition strategy in the Atlanta area. You'll partner directly with hiring managers to source, evaluate, and place qualified candidates for a range of distribution and specialized positions. From initial candidate contact through final offer, you'll own the recruiting experience and ensure every interaction reflects our commitment to professional, efficient service.

What You'll Do

• Source and identify qualified talent through multiple recruiting channels for distribution centers and specialized roles nationwide
• Review applications and resumes to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit
• Conduct screening interviews via phone and video to evaluate experience and motivation
• Coordinate interview scheduling between candidates and hiring managers
• Build and maintain an active candidate pipeline for current and upcoming openings
• Communicate regularly with candidates to provide updates and ensure a positive recruitment experience
• Work with hiring managers to clarify role requirements and adjust sourcing strategies
• Maintain accurate records and track recruiting metrics in our applicant tracking system

• Proven experience in recruiting, staffing, or talent acquisition
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities
• Demonstrated capability to manage multiple open positions and candidate pipelines
• Hands-on experience with applicant tracking systems and recruiting software
• Genuine focus on delivering a professional, respectful candidate experience
• Excellent organizational and follow-up skills
• Comfort thriving in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
