What You'll Do

• Provide direct nursing care to emergency department patients across all acuity levels
• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and respond to changing clinical conditions
• Administer medications, manage IV therapies, and support emergency procedures
• Execute rapid triage and prioritize care during high-volume periods
• Document patient encounters and treatment plans in the electronic health record
• Collaborate with emergency physicians, specialists, and support staff
• Educate patients and families about care plans and discharge needs
• Participate in quality improvement and hospital nursing councils

What We're Looking For

• Active RN license and current BLS certification
• Ability to deliver skilled care while maintaining composure in urgent situations
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
