About the Role

Sam's Club is seeking a strategic, performance-driven marketing leader to develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategy focused on member retention, engagement, and loyalty. You'll lead the planning and implementation of innovative omni-channel marketing programs that deepen member relationships, drive adoption of high-value services and loyalty initiatives, and deliver measurable business results across all member touchpoints.

What You'll Do

• Develop comprehensive member engagement and loyalty marketing strategies aligned with Sam's Club business objectives
• Lead the design and execution of omni-channel marketing campaigns across digital, in-store, email, mobile, and social platforms
• Manage marketing planning, budget allocation, and resource optimization to maximize return on marketing investment
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including merchandising, operations, and technology to align member engagement initiatives
• Analyze member data and campaign performance metrics to identify trends, optimize tactics, and recommend strategic improvements
• Lead and mentor marketing teams, fostering a culture of innovation and data-driven decision-making
• Monitor competitive landscape and emerging member engagement trends to keep Sam's Club at the forefront of member-centric marketing

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in marketing management, strategic planning, and member or customer engagement programs at enterprise scale
• Strong background in omni-channel marketing strategy development and execution
• Demonstrated expertise in data analysis, business intelligence, and translating insights into actionable marketing strategies
• Experience leading and managing high-performing marketing teams
• Deep understanding of member retention, loyalty program mechanics, and customer lifecycle marketing
• Proficiency with marketing technology platforms, analytics tools, and marketing automation systems
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across organizational levels
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (or equivalent professional experience)
