About the Role
As the Maintenance Supervisor at Truman Farm Villas, you will oversee the day-to-day upkeep and physical condition of the community in Grandview, Jackson County. This on-site, full-time position puts you in charge of keeping apartment homes, common areas, and building systems running smoothly while leading and supporting the maintenance team. It is an ideal opportunity for an experienced maintenance professional ready to step into a supervisory role with Peak Living.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct the daily maintenance operations and overall physical condition of the property.
- Coordinate, prioritize, and complete service requests, repairs, and preventive maintenance.
- Lead, schedule, and mentor on-site maintenance staff to deliver high-quality results.
- Prepare vacant units for new residents and maintain timely apartment turnovers.
- Maintain grounds, common areas, and amenities to community standards.
- Ensure work is performed safely and in line with company and regulatory guidelines.
Qualifications
- Proven hands-on experience in apartment, residential, or commercial property maintenance.
- Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance, and general repair systems.
- Leadership ability to direct and develop a maintenance team.
- Strong organizational skills and a resident-focused, problem-solving mindset.
- Availability for an on-site, full-time schedule in Grandview, Jackson County.
