About the Role
This full‑time, in‑person position operates Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and reports to the AVP of Deposit Operations or an assigned manager.
What You'll Do
- Monitor and maintain the credit union’s electronic banking platforms, including online and mobile banking services.
- Process ACH transfers, wire transactions, and debit card settlements while ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Troubleshoot member‑reported issues with electronic banking access, login problems, and transaction discrepancies.
- Collaborate with the Deposit Operations team to streamline workflows and improve service delivery.
- Prepare daily reconciliation reports and assist with month‑end close activities.
- Stay current on industry trends, security best practices, and emerging payment technologies.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience working with electronic banking systems, preferably within a financial institution or credit union.
- Strong understanding of ACH, wire transfer protocols, and electronic payment processing.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and the ability to diagnose technical issues quickly.
- Effective communication abilities for assisting members and internal partners.
- Detail‑oriented mindset with a commitment to data accuracy and confidentiality.
- Proficiency with standard office software and the ability to learn new banking applications.
