IT Senior Systems Administrator

Vencora is seeking an experienced IT Senior Systems Administrator for our Warner Robins office in Houston County, Georgia. This full-time position offers the opportunity to take ownership of critical IT infrastructure that supports our organization's operations across multiple locations.

About the Role

As the IT Senior Systems Administrator at Vencora, you'll be the backbone of our technical operations. You'll manage the day-to-day administration, support, and upkeep of our network systems, computer hardware, telephony infrastructure, and business applications serving team members in our Warner Robins, GA and Worcester, MA offices, as well as remote staff across the organization.

What You'll Do

• Maintain and support the organization's network systems, servers, and workstations
• Provide technical support to end users in multiple office locations and remote employees
• Manage and oversee telephony and communications systems
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions
• Deploy and maintain business applications across the organization
• Manage user access, permissions, and security protocols
• Document system configurations and maintain IT infrastructure records
• Coordinate with the IT/Compliance Manager to ensure systems meet organizational and compliance requirements

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience administering enterprise network systems and Windows environments
• Strong troubleshooting and technical problem-solving skills
• Experience supporting multiple office locations and remote users
• Knowledge of business applications, systems integration, and IT infrastructure
• Understanding of IT security practices and compliance requirements
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
