TSSCI Public Affairs Specialist

Insight Global is seeking a TSSCI Public Affairs Specialist for a full-time role at Fort George G Meade in Anne Arundel County. In this position, you'll serve as a strategic communications leader in a high-intensity cyber operations environment, ensuring accurate and mission-aligned messaging across the command.

About the Role

This Public Affairs Specialist role places you at the center of strategic communications within an intense cyber operations command. You'll be the key resource connecting operational teams with leadership, translating complex cyber initiatives into clear, compelling narratives that resonate with diverse audiences while protecting operational security.

What You'll Do

• Monitor cyber operations activities, ongoing events, and media coverage to identify communication needs and potential strategic issues
• Develop and deliver accurate, timely communications that advance the command's mission while maintaining information security
• Partner with leadership and operational teams to ensure messaging consistency and strategic alignment
• Create written products including briefings, talking points, and communications materials that explain complex initiatives to technical and non-technical audiences
• Track external communications and media landscape for emerging issues affecting the organization
• Support issue management and crisis communication efforts as required

What We're Looking For

• Top Secret/SCI (TS/SCI) security clearance required
• Demonstrated experience in public affairs, strategic communications, or related field
• Strong writing and editing skills with ability to communicate complex information clearly
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
• Experience with media relations and external stakeholder communication
• Proven ability to manage and protect sensitive information appropriately
• Understanding of cyber operations or national security context preferred
