About the Role

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you'll work directly with couples, families, and individuals addressing relationship difficulties, life challenges, and emotional health concerns. You'll be part of a team dedicated to integrating mental healthcare with physical health to create better outcomes for the people you serve.

What You'll Do

• Conduct thorough assessments and create individualized treatment plans addressing couples, family, and relational dynamics
• Deliver therapeutic services using evidence-based treatment modalities for relationship and family issues
• Maintain complete and accurate clinical documentation in accordance with healthcare regulations and company standards
• Work collaboratively with psychiatrists, physicians, and mental health team members on integrated care plans
• Assess and manage clinical risk, developing safety plans and crisis interventions as appropriate
• Foster a compassionate, confidential environment where clients feel respected and supported

What We're Looking For

• Valid Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) license or eligibility for licensure
• Master's degree or higher in marriage and family therapy, clinical mental health counseling, or related field
• Demonstrated clinical experience with couples, families, or individuals in a healthcare or mental health setting
• Understanding of family systems theory and current evidence-based therapeutic approaches
• Strong interpersonal and clinical listening skills with ability to establish productive therapeutic relationships
• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality, practicing ethically, and respecting client autonomy and cultural diversity
