About the Role
As a Registered Nurse on our maternal health team, you'll provide direct clinical care to expectant mothers, laboring patients, and postpartum families. You'll collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care providers to ensure safe, personalized nursing support throughout the pregnancy and postpartum period. What You'll Do
- Assess, monitor, and care for pregnant and postpartum patients with clinical precision and compassion
- Educate patients and families on maternal health, labor preparation, and postpartum recovery
- Document clinical findings and communicate effectively with the care team
- Advocate for patient preferences and emotional wellbeing within the care plan
- Maintain safe environments and adhere to infection control standards
- Support patients' comfort and address questions throughout their care journey
What We're Looking For
- Current RN licensure in Texas
- Clinical nursing experience preferred
