Service Valet – Toyota of Plano

Toyota of Plano is hiring a full-time Service Valet to join our customer-facing service team at our Prestonwood location in Collin County, Texas.

About the Role

As a Service Valet at Toyota of Plano, you are often the first and last face a customer sees during their service visit. This position calls for someone who takes genuine pride in delivering a smooth, welcoming experience — moving vehicles efficiently, keeping the lot organized, and making every client feel taken care of from the moment they arrive.

What You'll Do

• Welcome service customers as they pull in and create a positive first impression of Toyota of Plano
• Escort clients to the appropriate service team member or service drive area
• Park customer vehicles promptly and safely in designated service lot areas
• Retrieve vehicles for clients when their service is complete
• Locate, verify, and install license plates as needed
• Communicate clearly with service advisors and other team members to keep the drive running on schedule
• Maintain a clean, organized flow of traffic and vehicle storage throughout the service area
• Handle all customer vehicles with care and professionalism

What We're Looking For

• A valid driver's license with a clean driving record — you'll be behind the wheel of customer vehicles daily
• Comfort operating both automatic and manual transmission vehicles
• Strong people skills and a friendly, professional demeanor in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks simultaneously during peak service hours
• Dependable, punctual, and a team-first attitude
• Prior experience in a dealership, valet, or customer service role is a plus but not required
