Floor & Decor is hiring a full-time Retail Sales Associate in Lafayette, Lafayette Parish, to guide customers through their flooring and home improvement projects with knowledgeable, friendly service.

About the Role

As a Retail Sales Associate at our Lafayette, Lafayette Parish location, you'll be the welcoming face customers rely on as they shop for tile, wood, stone, and the finishing touches that bring a project together. This position starts at a minimum base pay of $15.00 per hour, with higher starting wages available depending on your experience. It's a fast-moving, hands-on retail environment where attentive service and a tidy, safe sales floor go hand in hand.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet shoppers and help them locate the right products to complete their home projects
• Deliver accurate, courteous, and dependable customer support across the sales departments
• Keep aisles, displays, and product areas clean, organized, and well-stocked
• Maintain a safe shopping environment for customers and fellow team members
• Support a high-energy, fast-paced store experience throughout each shift
