About the Role

As an Inside Sales Representative I, you'll be a key member of our expanding sales organization, supporting both new and existing customer relationships. This role combines direct customer engagement with the tools and training you need to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment focused on customer-first service and measurable results.

What You'll Do

• Contact prospective and existing customers via phone, email, and web conferencing to identify needs and present solutions
• Manage leads through the sales pipeline, tracking opportunities and closing sales within your territory or assigned accounts
• Process customer orders, coordinate with operations, and follow up to ensure on-time delivery and satisfaction
• Build lasting relationships by understanding customer pain points and recommending packaging solutions that add genuine value
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets while maintaining accurate records in our CRM system
• Collaborate with inside sales peers, marketing, and fulfillment teams to serve customers effectively

What We're Looking For

• 1-2 years of inside sales, customer service, or business development experience (or equivalent demonstrated ability)
• Strong communication skills—you're comfortable making calls, writing professional emails, and building rapport quickly
• Self-directed work ethic with the discipline to manage your own schedule and pipeline without constant oversight
• Genuine interest in understanding customer needs rather than just pushing product
• Reliable transportation and the ability to work full-time hours in our Queensbury office
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and willingness to learn new sales software
