About the Role

As a Restaurant Manager at Wendy's, you'll work alongside the General Manager to keep the restaurant running smoothly, efficiently, and profitably. You'll oversee the day-to-day execution of our operational systems, brand standards, and company initiatives while ensuring your team delivers the service and quality our guests expect.

What You'll Do

• Supervise front-of-house and kitchen staff, including scheduling, training, and performance management
• Execute Wendy's operational procedures, policies, and programs with consistency and accountability
• Drive achievement of store performance goals including sales targets, food cost management, and guest satisfaction metrics
• Maintain food safety, health, and sanitation standards in compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal regulations
• Uphold ethical business practices and ensure the restaurant operates with integrity
• Manage inventory, ordering, and supplier relationships
• Foster a positive team culture and support team member development
