About the Role
As a (Senior) Associate, Enterprise Strategy & Development at Thrivent, you will partner with senior leaders to identify, evaluate, and advance initiatives that strengthen our long-term growth and competitive position. This full-time, New York City–based role sits at the intersection of strategy, analysis, and execution, giving you direct exposure to the decisions that move the enterprise forward.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the development and refinement of enterprise-wide strategic priorities and growth initiatives.
- Conduct research and analysis on markets, competitors, and opportunities to inform leadership decisions.
- Build clear, data-driven recommendations and present findings to stakeholders across the organization.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to translate strategy into actionable plans and measurable outcomes.
- Contribute to business development efforts that expand Thrivent's reach and impact.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to structure ambiguous challenges.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, including the ability to distill complex ideas for executive audiences.
- Experience in strategy, corporate development, consulting, finance, or a related discipline.
- A collaborative mindset and comfort working across teams in a dynamic environment.
- Willingness to work on-site in New York City, New York.
