About the Role
This full-time, on-site Food and Beverage, Starbucks position is based at Target's Illinois Medical District location in Chicago. As part of the store's Food & Beverage team, you'll support fresh, fast and friendly service across the grocery and Starbucks areas, contributing to a culture rooted in Target's values. The starting hourly rate for this role is $17.75 USD per hour, with a pay range of $17.75 to $26.65 USD per hour.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver attentive, guest-first service at the Starbucks counter and throughout the Food & Beverage area.
- Prepare beverages and food items while following Target's quality, freshness and presentation standards.
- Keep displays, coolers and work areas stocked, clean and well-organized for guests.
- Adhere to all food safety, sanitation and handling guidelines.
- Collaborate with teammates to keep the department running smoothly during busy periods.
Qualifications
- Enthusiasm for helping guests and creating a friendly, energetic shopping experience.
- Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced retail and food service environment.
- Willingness to learn beverage preparation and food handling procedures.
- Availability for a full-time, on-site schedule at the Chicago location.
